- Billing data (Ordering): For legal reasons, we retain billing information for 10 years after the last invoice year;
- Newsletters: If you're a customer, we retain your data for 2 years after your last order. If you're not a customer but subscribed, we retain it until you withdraw consent;
Article 5 – Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data at any time and request a copy. You can also request correction or deletion in certain cases. Under GDPR, you can request restriction of processing or object to it if you have serious and legitimate reasons that outweigh our need to process. You also have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. You can request your data in a digital, readable format and have it transferred to another provider.
