Article 3 - Applicability

1. Placing an order or reservation on the Website constitutes explicit acceptance of the “Terms and Conditions,” which are always available via the Website.

Article 4 - Payment

1. We can only accept payments via the payment modules provided on our Website.

Article 5 - Force Majeure

1. In cases of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. We may either suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure.
2. Force majeure includes any situation beyond our will and control that wholly or partially prevents us from fulfilling our obligations. Article 6 - Complaints Procedure and Disputes

1. We always strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us via the contact form. We aim to respond to your complaint within 7 days.
2. All agreements to which these terms apply are governed exclusively by Belgian law, and only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If international law dictates otherwise, the interpretation of these terms will primarily refer to the Belgian Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection.
3. For out-of-court dispute resolution, the Consumer Ombudsman Service of the FPS Economy is authorized to handle such requests. They will either handle the complaint or forward it to a qualified entity.
4. In case of cross-border disputes, the Customer can also use the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
5. Autoboutique Leimbergen complies with the UNIZO e-commerce label regulations. These regulations are available here, where you can also submit complaints or resolve disputes through UNIZO’s procedures.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property Rights

1. Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and all general communications are protected by intellectual property rights held by us, our suppliers, or other rights holders.
